Side effects of Tamoxifen can be hot flashes, abnormal menstrual periods, nausea, and possible weight gain. If you experience any of these more than normal then you should contact your doctor immediately. If you're side effects include bleeding or the yellowing of your skin contact your care physician as fast as possible.
